Local Community Involvement

Each year TMA employees choose local charities to support with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donations. In 2022, our branch offices will be supporting these organizations:

TMA Education Partners:

Each TMA branch office partners with local organizations that provides education services to youths and/or under-serviced populations in our local communities.


Louis L. Valentine Boys & Girls Club of Chicago — The mission of the Valentine Boys & Girls Club is to enable all young people, especially those who are in greatest need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The Club provides young people with a safe place to learn and grow; an opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals; and experience life-changing programs and character development.

Jersey City / New York

Park East High School — The mission of Park East High School is to educate all students to be critical thinkers. Through their classes and highly structured four-year advisory system, Park East helps its student develop individual and social responsibility by setting the highest personal and academic standards. The New York and Jersey City offices participate in various initiatives throughout the year to help benefit the students and faculty of Park East, including sending employee representatives to Park East’s Field Day, and Career Day.


Choral Arts Link — They are an organization that works to preserve a tradition and discipline of choral development by providing children the opportunity to develop leadership skills, to enhance their education, and to grow artistically and professionally.


Hillsides — Hillsides, founded in 1913, is a premier provider dedicated to improving the overall well-being and functioning of vulnerable children, youths, and their families. Their vision is to create lasting change in the lives of at-risk children and youths. Their mission is to provide high-quality care, advocacy, and innovative services that promote safe, permanent environments where young people can thrive.


My Possibilities — My Possibilities is a Plano-based non-profit organization serving adults with disabilities such as Down syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s, Prader-Willi, head injuries, and more. My Possibilities is the first full-day, full-year educational program of its kind in Collin County. My Possibilities is designed to provide people with cognitive disabilities the chance to continue their education.
