Follow the Steps Below to Report a Claim

  1. First and foremost is your safety and that of your personnel. If the police or fire department is involved, they will advise you if your building is safe.
  2. Take reasonable steps to protect covered property during and after an insured loss to avoid further loss.
    • Do not throw anything away, such as a broken part or piece of inventory, until we can inspect it.
    • Do not unnecessarily disturb the area of damage, as a third party may be responsible.
  3. If possible, take photos and/or video of the damaged property.
  4. For water damage claims, contact a restoration company to assist in mitigation. We suggest the following three companies: BELFOR: 1-866-964-1050, ServPro: 1-800-SERVPRO, or BluSky: 1-800-266-5677.
  5. We will assign field experts when necessary to help with the investigation and evaluation of your loss, and they will contact you shortly afterward.
